 Post subject: PhotoToWebExport.iPhotoExporter defunct?

I recently upgraded to Snow Leopard and iPhoto '09. I was following the directions to install the PhotoToWebExport.iPhotoExporter plug-in, but the plug-in section is not visible in the Get Info panel. Has iPhoto dropped plug-in support?
