 Post subject: Custom Page Size - Cancel Button

This is a small thing, but I run into it occasionally. The Cancel button in the Custom Page Size sheet doesn't respond to the escape key, and probably should. Also, the type on the buttons looks a point or so bigger than OK and Cancel buttons elsewhere in Create.

Excellent. I was pretty sure it was an easy fix, but one never knows.
