Nitpicking: When I create a drop shadow on something -- which is a lot, because I like drop shadows -- I put my cursor in the left spot and type my number and then I have to PUT MY CURSOR IN THE RIGHT SPOT to type in that number.

I know this is nitpicking, but it's kind of like Chinese Water Torture, in that it happens so often ... drip drip drip ... What would it take to put my cursor in the left box and tab to the right box, so I could do 8 tab 8 or 6 tab 4 instead of moving my mouse a second time.

I just want to cut all my extra movements down so that I can sit here like Jabba the Hutt, moving my eyeballs and having everything work around me.

Are you talking about Create's "Multi" effect drop shadow?

I see that tab is not moving the cursor. I can set it up so you can tab back and forth - it's suboptimal because in the case of copy versus shadow, it leaves the number of copies field "out of the loop".

Meanwhile, you could save some shadow "Effects" set up with the offset you want in your Library -> Effects pane, so it's just drag and be done.

Nice! This Pizza the Hut appreciates this a lot!

I have set up some effects that I use all the time, but there are so many variables with the shadows, depending on what font, what size of font, what type of item. A line will have a different shadow than a box, but a thicker line can have a bigger shadow. A 12 pt font is gong to have hardly any shadow, but a 36 pt font might have a bigger one. Just things like that keep me playing with different shadow combinations, and now I can just go back and forth until I get just what combination I like.
