I just printed a bunch of CD labels with Create using the Avery 8931 labels. These are the ones for inkjet printers that include two labels per page, with several spine labels per page as well.

Of course, there's no template offered for anything but Word on Avery's website, so I had to cobble together my own to use it in Create. It has worked for me, your mileage may vary.

The lines are supposed to be Avery's guides, and the circles are where the CDs go (duh). These are on non-printing layers. The CD rings are slightly bigger than the printable area -- you should test them on your printer to make sure they're going to line up.
