Saving Movie
Save your movie full size or limit its size.
Limit size sets the size of the longest side. The frames are proportionally scaled to fit this size. This setting applies to movies created by Save as Movie from the File menu. You can also control the size and area of saved movies by using the cropping rectangle.
Loop back and forth
Applies only to full screen movie previews and does not affect saved QuickTime movies.
Frame Settings
Control the number of frames, the duration of each frame, and the duration of the first and last frames using the Frame settings. These settings affect both the full screen movies and saved QuickTime movies.
