Q: I bought your products and I entered my name and license key for the applications. Now when I look in the License window, it shows two licenses. What gives?
A: One is your license (non-expiring) and the other is the demo license that's valid until May 15, 2001. After May 15, the demo license will no longer show up. Until May 15, you could have more than one user using Create on your network at the same time.
Q: It looks like the demo license expires on January 5, 2015 (I'm American) or May 1, 2015 (I'm not American).
A: The expiration dates display with the year first. The demo expiration date displays as 01/05/15. This means it expires in 2001. Since we're in the US, we put the month first (May) and then the day (15).
Q: I typed in my name and license key, but got the message "Invalid Key". What is the problem?
A: You must enter your User Name exactly as it appears in the email containing your license keys (including case). Also, you should copy/paste the key; it's easy to confuse l's and 1's and other letter combinations.
Q: We want a site license. Do you offer discounts?
A: Absolutely! Please contact us at info@stone.com for more information.
Q: I'd like step-by-step instructions for licensing.
A: Try our licensing tutorial. If it doesn't answer your questions, let us know.
